TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF ROOMS
Cancellation of stays with a booking of a maximum of 5 rooms can be cancelled in writing until 30 days before arrival without liability to you. Cancellation of stays with a booking of more than 5 rooms can be cancelled in writing until 60 days before arrival without liability to you.
A MAXIMUM OF 5 ROOMS
In case of cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival, the hotel can demand a reimbursement equal to 50% of the total price for the cancelled stay. In case of cancellation 0-14 days before arrival, the hotel can demand a reimbursement equal to 100% of the total price of the cancelled stay.
MORE THAN 5 ROOMS
In case of cancellation between 30-60 days before arrival, the hotel can demand a reimbursement equal to 50% of the total price for the cancelled stay. In case of cancellation between 0-30 days before arrival, the hotel can demand a reimbursement equal to 100% of the total price for the cancelled stay.

Cancellation of a party event for:
- 12 persons and more must be made in time and in writing no later than four weeks before the date of holding the booked event.
- under 12 persons must be made in time and in writing no later than two weeks before the date of holding the booked event.
Upon cancellation of the entire party event or a reductions of more than 10 %:
- Up to and including 6 days before holding the booked event, the hotel can demand reimbursement equal to 50% of the price of the cancelled services.
- Later than 6 days before holding the booked event, the hotel can demand reimbursement equal to 75% of the price of the cancelled services.
In case of failure to meet (no show), the hotel is entitled to demand the full price for the whole event.
